While we state this as a donation due to the familiarity with that term across the community, this is actually a transaction for a good. (Purchase). You can claim a refund on your transaction within fourteen days of the initial payment, any which time after you will not be guaranteed a refund due to receiving ample access from the benefits provided. This refund period only applies outside of suspension times. If you are suspended and demand a refund - you will not be granted it. Charge-backs will result in a permanent ban from the server. Any charge-backs attempted after this time will be escalated to PayPal and you will be permanently removed from the community, as well as responsible for any fees occurred during the escalation process. This includes for when spiteful charge-backs/demands for refunds occur after a suspension/mute. Due to the nature of which the benefits are hosted - we can only work within the framework of Discord & Nitrado. You may not be guaranteed all perks immediately until slots open up for groups, priority slots or otherwise (if full, an announcement will be made so you can be aware ahead of time). We reserve the right to edit and change each tier and rewards level based on limitations from either discord, nitrado or other software we use. If you are inactive you may have your priority queuing removed from the in-game server. You can redeem this once again by making a ticket when you return to be whitelisted.

If you purchase a package on behalf of another user it then becomes their property. They will own this package and be allowed to do with it as they please. If you want to share priority but still have control over it, please purchase a package with shared priority slots - if you buy a priority package for another user it will forever belong to them. This also does not contribute towards your total purchase amount.
